Neular is a leading Estonian producer of top quality decks and fences made of NEULAR- an innovative polymer material. The main sphere of its operations lies in recycling plastic packaging and producing plastic construction materials. At the moment Neular is the only Estonian enterprise that can recycle mixed plastic packaging waste, we do it without using any drinking water.
