Our team have decades of experience in the Health care, Accessibility, Governmental and Corporate sectors. So whether this is just a one-off helping hand or a suite of training and assessment packages, we’re only a click of a button away We have a combined total of over 60 years experience working across the health care, accessibility, governmental and corporate sectors. We’ve carried out consultancy in the middle east, dealt with major incidents in A and E, worked upside down in Tornado jets and agreed to (successfully) carry out absurd challenges for charity. We don’t believe in DISability but we do believe in different ability sets and we recognise that society doesn’t always allow everyone to achieve what they can achieve or to unlock their true potential. We believe this is a social injustice. Our mission is to work with individuals and employers to correct those oversights on the micro and macro scale in an authentic, open and bold way. We believe this will help make our communities fairer, happier places for everyone. We do this through the provision of affordable, accessible consultancy, training and assessment offers. 25% of our profits are invested in our charitable partners. We believe in smart fund allocation and environmental protection. Therefore we employ minimal staff, avoid unnecessary travel and favour plastic-free solutions.
