At Neuro-Inclusivity we champion the strengths of neurodiverse employees and build awareness and skill in the workplace. At least 20% of the UK’s adult population are considered to be neurodiverse, meaning that their brain’s work in a different way to neurotypical people, but yet we haven’t necessarily understood what this means in the workplace and how to harness neurodiverse strengths for the benefits of all. Our neurodiversity training, coaching and advice is tailored to your company’s requirements; we meet you where you are now. We focus on raising awareness, coaching and giving practical advice and providing engaging training to develop your employee’s knowledge and understanding. We work with managers and employees alike, increasing awareness, and we work directly with neurodiverse employees coaching them and empowering them to be successful in the workplace. We can also work with you to develop the right policies, practices and neurodiverse inclusive culture for your organisation.
