ND Empowered Supports is a neurodivergent-led consultancy and rehabilitation service that offers inclusive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based support to individuals and organisations across Australia. Founded by Pal Kaushik - Rehabilitation Counsellor, Lead Auditor, and Provisional Psychologist - ND Empowered Supports brings together deep cross-sector experience and lived insight to offer services that are genuinely person-centred, culturally aware, and grounded in best practice. We work with people navigating complex vocational rehabilitation, return-to-work, life insurance, and workplace systems. Our focus is on building capacity, restoring agency, and creating sustainable outcomes - especially for those who are neurodivergent, disabled, or managing chronic conditions.
