About Neurodiversity Foundation
The Neurodiversity Foundation is a nonprofit organization led by neurodivergent professionals, committed to improving quality of life and access to care for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent individuals. We build practical, scalable tools that meet real-world needs—starting with My ND Guide™, a 24/7 AI life coach offering personalized support for executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. We also operate NeuroCares, which connects individuals to affordable, neuroaffirming therapists and physicians, and NeuroEngage, a workforce program focused on retention, accommodations, and sustainable employment. All of our initiatives are designed from lived experience and built to reduce the systemic gaps neurodivergent people face in healthcare, employment, and daily life. Our work doesn’t diagnose or pathologize—it dignifies, equips, and connects. We partner with those who share our belief: that neurodivergent lives have value worth investing in—and that meaningful support should be accessible to all. With support from our partners and donors, we're rewriting what support looks like—and providing individuals, families and the workplace a chance to truly succeed. #IAmND | #Neurodiversity | #Inclusion | #MentalHealth | #AIForGood | #Autism
