About NeuroQuest

Our mission is to provide patients and physicians with NeuroScreen®, our accurate and affordable blood test for screening and monitoring asymptomatic Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive decline, functional impairment, and dementia. Recent studies have learned that changes in biomarkers can begin up to 20 years before a patient is symptomatic, but there has been no effective way to identify patients until now. To meet that need, NeuroQuest developed NeuroScreen™, a novel blood-based diagnostic test for Alzheimer’s disease based on the specific response of the immune system. Its algorithm examines leukocytes to predict the presence and quantity of amyloid plaques in the brain, the pathological component of Alzheimer’s disease. Early detection of the disease allows patient-centric medical decisions to be made by physicians and was shown to enhance treatment efficiency.
