At NeuroRelate Ltd, we are a lived experience–led social enterprise dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, families, and organisations. Born out of our own journey as a neurodiverse household, we understand first-hand the challenges of navigating ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent identities in environments that are often not designed with us in mind. Our mission is simple but powerful: to help people see the world through different brains. We do this by providing support, advocacy, and workshops that build connection, confidence, and understanding. For families and individuals, we offer peer-led support groups, accessible resources, and awareness events, creating safe spaces where no one feels alone while waiting for assessment or services. For businesses, schools, and football clubs, we deliver practical, engaging workshops and training sessions that demystify neurodiversity, reduce stigma, and equip organisations with the tools to create inclusive cultures. We believe neurodivergent people are not just participants in society — they are innovators, creators, and leaders who bring invaluable perspectives when given the opportunity to thrive. What makes us different? We are not an external consultant speaking from theory — we are a community with lived experience, combining professional training with authentic insight. That combination builds trust, inspires change, and ensures our services make a meaningful impact. We are based in Hertfordshire but operate UK-wide, with a growing programme of community projects, digital resources, and corporate partnerships. Our work is supported through grants, partnerships, and reinvestment from our corporate workshops, ensuring accessibility while sustaining growth.
