Too often, they miss the mark or miss the person entirely. We built NeuroSpark Health because we needed something different. Something affirming. Something human. Every provider here is neurodivergent. That matters. It means we know masking from the inside. We understand the exhaustion of burnout. We’ve felt what it’s like to be overlooked or misunderstood in spaces that were never designed for us. That lived experience shapes how we listen, how we believe people when they share their stories, and how we refuse to reduce anyone to a checklist. Our philosophy is simple: Affirming, not deficit-based. Traits, not “symptoms.” Narrative-driven. Stories matter more than forms. Identity-aware and trauma-informed. People are more than labels. We don’t promise quick fixes or neat little boxes. We offer what’s been missing: consistent, responsive care that honors identity and experience. We don’t disappear after the paperwork is done, and we don’t treat diagnosis as an ending. This is not just business. It’s personal.
