Neuse Realty was founded in 1977, specializing in waterfront and amenity-oriented properties and is located at the entrance to one of Eastern North Carolina’s most established communities, Fairfield Harbour - one of the marquee neighborhoods of the New Bern Real Estate market. Throughout the years, we have served a great number of satisfied customers and clients. We are proud to be female-owned and led since 2006 when four women bought into the company stock. Currently, the following shareholders comprise the ownership team, along with Margaret Rose, the President and Broker-in-Charge for the firm: Pat Chaconas-Dumon, Joy Harsen, and Brittany Blizzard We have remained an independently-owned business since our founding and we stand on our reputation for reliable and sensitive service to those who are seeking to sell or purchase their next home, their first home, a recreation-oriented second home or an investment property.
