PUBLIC BUILDINGS Neutelings Riedijk Architects is specialized in the design of complex projects for public, commercial and cultural buildings. ORNAMENT & IDENTITY In our belief, contemporary ornamentation results in buildings with a powerful expression that create new local identities in a globalized world. In 2018 we published the book ‘Ornament & Identity’, a multi-layered essay that presents the results of our search for expression and identity through a selection of thirty-six of our projects. ASSOCIATIONS For our international projects the work force at our office in Rotterdam is complemented by technical expertise through our association with local partners specializing in architectural engineering, cost calculation and site supervision. This arrangement allows us to put together a team of specialists to meet the specific requirements of each project. AWARDS & PUBLICATIONS The work of Neutelings Riedijk Architects has gained worldwide appreciation through numerous international publications. The office has received awards such as the Gouden Piramide, the Dutch Building of the Year, the Abe Bonnemaprijs, the Rotterdam Maaskant Prize and has been shortlisted for the Mies van der Rohe Award.
