New Chapters New Beginnings was created after we saw too many NDIS participants missing out on good quality support services. Every day there seemed to be a new provider who’d set up and disappear just as quickly, leaving participants out-of-pocket with no support. We decided to do things differently and provide a one-stop-shop for all the services participants might need. We have consistent processes to make it faster to consistently access the supports you need. We regularly update our participants and their NDIS Coordinators so you can keep on top of new and changing services. And it’s all done through one person. No more getting shuffled from one provider to another. Through our personalised Intake Process you will be well looked after and the person you care for will be assigned the most suited support team.
