About New Dawn Memory Care
New Dawn Memory Care is the Nation's only residential alternative to long term institutional care for the elderly. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, New Dawn Memory Care operates properties throughout the United States. Our intimate 16-bedroom homes are specially designed to be safe and secure, but above all comfortable and familiar. Over half of each community is comprised of common space including kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, activity spaces and a sun porch leading to a fully enclosed outdoor garden. The décor is designed to be familiar and homelike with accessories and memorabilia that will remind residents of happier times in their past. At New Dawn we believe our residents want the privacy of their own room and bathroom, and the ability to socialize with others when they feel like it, not because they have no choice. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furnishings and personal items to make their rooms feel as homelike as possible. You can even paint and change the window treatments if you like according to community guidelines. If you prefer, furnishings can be supplied for an additional fee.
