New Design’Air is a French firm specialized in cabin interiors for VIP and commercial aircrafts. The company associates traditional knowledges with high industrial technologies in order to supply top-class goods. Our teams are made of highly skilled people with experience in design, conception, composite, woodwork, paint, varnish and upholstery/covering. Located near to the city of Toulouse and with its 2,000m² of workshop and offices, we always maintain a close relationship with our customers in order to understand their expectations and turn their projects into reality. Our teams, with strong skills in conception and design process, but also with a strong experience in composites, veneer, cabinets making or even in covering will be attentive to your expectations Since 2014, the ever-growing New Design’Air realized prestigious projects for the Dassault Falcon family, TBM (Daher), Airbus/ACJ or even Boeing/BBJ. OUR SERVICES Sandwich panels : Standard panels, customized or supply in different shape : edged, cut and covered (film, paint) and then used in the manufacturing of complete cabin. Composites parts Semi-finished and finished product, series or on-demand. They can be delivered raw or equipped and assembled Monuments manufacturing We master all the different assembly techniques such as pins, inserts, tenon-mortise. New Design’Air offers rapid prototyping and mock-ups services. Covering Film (PVF Film, wallpaper, tedlar) and fabric application on all types of cabin interior Finish Experts in different kind of finishes : textured or smooth paint / Varnish in mat, gloss or hi-gloss (polish) finish.
