About New Directions Coaching

New Directions Coaching is a small company of enthusiastic, dedicated and diverse individuals with a wide range of experience in the public and private sectors. We build on the strength of our different perspectives and outlooks and all of NDC’s management and training delivery team are qualified and highly experienced coaches and/or trainers. This range of skills and experience within a small team ensures we are able to deliver high quality solutions at good value to our clients. Our approach is inherently collaborative and includes extensive research and analysis for planning and evaluation purposes. We ensure that any processes we introduce are sustainable through a good cultural and operational fit coupled with sustainable skills-transfer and full support for internal teams in delivering development interventions, including 1 to 1 and group coaching, bespoke training courses, workshops, seminars and networking events. We work extensively with groups of highly successful and professional staff including consultants, senior academics and City high-fliers. We engage with them by demonstrating credibility, balance and respect for their intelligence and achievements while creating the understanding that they may still have learning needs and professional/career issues which can be changed and improved. Our development planning and delivery comply with BEQUAL best practice and we are sensitive to the cultural differences and diversity of our participants.
