George Einstein, the nephew of Albert Einstein, founded the Company in 1955. He grew the enterprise to have a workforce of over 350 people with an annual turnover of well over 100 million dollars. The current 100,000 + sq ft modern facility is situated on a five-acre site has diversified product offerings which span a wide range of airfoils and related products for air, land, and sea in both Civil and Defense sectors. NEAP, being part of Pietro Rosa Group aims to be the customer's first choice for airfoil products providing a vertically integrated solution for engine ready components. As such, we believe that continuous improvement, constant innovation, integrity and trust sow the seeds for stable and long-term customer-supplier partnerships, creating a win-win environment that is so necessary in the ever-changing world in which we live.
