You’ll get an experienced construction professional snagging your home, armed with the knowledge of the latest NHBC/LABC Standards, Building Control Standards and British Standards. Using our experience and knowledge we will systematically survey your home and photograph and annotate every single defect we find. We will compile the photographs into an easy-to-follow PDF Report that you can issue straight to your developer. We will also create you an Excel tracker spreadsheet which makes tracking the defects much easier and helps you follow them through to completion.
