New Horizons Counseling Center is a Not-For-Profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization. NHCC offers outpatient confidential therapeutic mental health counseling services for people in NW Illinois by Masters prepared Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors in the State of Illinois. NHCC does not discriminate based on age, gender, race, sexual orientation, religious belief or income. We believe all people have a right to mental health. Our mission is to provide quality therapeutic counseling services for people, regardless of income, to improve mental health, repair relationships and promote wellbeing. NHCC is committed to providing access to quality mental health counseling services. NHCC serves over 450 people annually. We at NHCC believe that everyone has a right to mental health and we are proud of the many years of service NHCC has been able to provide in our community of Freeport Illinois and NW Illinois.
