The New Jersey Staffing Alliance (NJSA) is an industry trade association of direct hire, contract and temporary staffing firms. Founded in 1960, our mission is to be the advocate for the success and growth of NJSA members and the New Jersey staffing industry through leadership legislation, education, ethics, and professional business practices. NJSA is an award winning affiliated chapter of the American Staffing Association and the National Association of Personnel Services. We represent members professionally engaged in all areas of personnel services including search, recruitment, placement and temporary help services. We are focused on enhancing the business climate in the State of New Jersey and continuing to provide opportunities for the New Jersey citizens to achieve their personal and financial goals.
