New Leaders Learning Limited (NLL) (www.newleaderslearning.com) is based in the UK. We are currently delivering eLearning programmes to clients in Kazakhstan, Nigeria & throughout the European Union where we are using leading edge mobile learning to pioneer the development of a bespoke Mobile Learning Academy for Hyundai Motors Europe. As a learning solutions company we utilise all aspects of information technology. In addition to our learning products, we can provide learning support, “train the trainer” and mentoring programmes and consultancy in internal communication campaigns and managing corporate, governmental and cultural change. Our new suites of generic programmes include: • Management@Work - Accredited by the Institute of Administrative Management • Money@Work – In Development and proposed to be accredited by the Institute of Financial Accountants (available from Spring 2011) • Ethics@Work - In Development and proposed to be accredited by the Institute of Financial Accountants (available from Spring 2011) • Learning@Work - In Development and proposed to be accredited by the Institute of Financial Accountants - (available from Spring 2011) • Safety@Work - To be acccredited by OPITO (available from Spring 2011) • Door@Work – A collaborative suite of NLL and Door International programmes leading to credits of prior learning with both the IAM & IFA • MyLife ePortfolio • MATCH competency tracker In respect of WENL, we currently provide licensed access to our IAM accredited L3 & L4 eLearning programmes. This is supported by a separate f2f contract with Vic Baxter, our Associate Director of Learning, via his own company Business Workout Ltd. Our proposal describes: • How we will accommodate and cost the introduction of the new IAM qualifications • Podcasting by WENL’s Training Centre • Supporting commercial activity by WENL’s Training Centre • Delivering HSE training programmes
