About New Paradigm Solution

Our founder and C.E.O. Charlotte Ikome Mojoko, from central Africa started her study abroad journey in 1996 in Germany. Fortunately for her studies in Germany was free. She later moved to Netherlands were studies were not tuition free. She had no clue that scholarships and study loan was available for any students no matter your social status in the society. . In 2006, Charlotte immigrated to Canada under the Canadian Federal skilled Worker Program. Charlotte's early life in Canada was not a platter of Gold because she struggled with fitting into a new culture and understanding the new system. She decided to go back to school to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to embark on her career goal. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Social Work and Business Administration and has more than a decade of experience working with mentally challenged individuals, supporting families and being a strong advocate for children experiencing abuse and maltreatment. She has coached and mentored many family members and friends through their life challenges and study abroad plans/journey. Charlotte has a burning desire to change lives and help vulnerable population. In Cameroon, like most other African countries, post-secondary or post high school education is a tremendous stressor for many middle class and poor families due to the high cost. The high cost makes university education prohibitive. Families sell their properties, land, beg and borrow just to raise enough money just to support their children long enough to graduate. However, even after the family sacrifice, most young graduates with excellent results are not able to find jobs due to lack of family connections. Many are left roaming the streets, doing menial work and in some cases committing crimes. This is where New Paradigm Solution comes in with a new approach to pave the way for better outcomes. New Paradigm Solution was born out of Charlotte's dream for better outcomes for less privilege individuals in society.
