About New Perspective Wellness

We am grateful that your journey brought you here today. We are a wellness practice located in Raleigh, North Carolina, specializing in coaching for ADHD and working with individuals who have a history of high achievement, and who struggle with balancing this need to achieve with a desire to live a whole, authentic life. We work with both individuals and couples, many of whom are going through major life transitions and experiencing anxiety or relationship conflicts with loved ones and are seeking additional support as they adjust to new ways of living and deepen their connection to those around them. In your life, you are the expert. Alongside that, we hope to provide a neutral space where you can challenge and confront beliefs that are no longer serving you, set and communicate boundaries with others, and build coping mechanisms to help you walk through life with intention. Life is challenging and we all find comfort in connecting with others and receiving support. As your co-collaborator in therapy, we accept you as you are and strive to provide you with unconditional positive regard in a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space. We are passionate about matters of the mind, body, & spirit, and our ultimate hope is that you see yourself as someone who is worthy of love and belonging, just as we do.
