New Planet Energy Corp (NPEC herein) is an S Corporation founded in July 2019 by Marsalis Darino, to facilitate the production & advancement of the Bosen 3 device and successfully bring it to the world’s primary energy markets. NPEC led by CEO and inventor Marsalis Darino, who has six years of experience in the energy business, a fundamental innovative knowledge of sustainable science as well as ecosystems, and is personally responsible for the birth of the Bosen 3 technology.
