About New Room

New Room is an agile team of impact and innovation designers focused on human-centred learning and development. We blend IDEAS (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access and Social Impact) training with innovation and strategy frameworks to support individuals, teams and organizations in creating transformative change within themselves and their communities. With our learning and strategy programs, leaders aren’t just *shown* how to nurture inclusive, innovative spaces, they are *taught* how to do it holistically. The impact of our programs lasts far beyond our engagement with clients as programs are designed to shift the fundamental ways that leaders and teams relate to themselves and each other. We believe there is room to imagine new ways of working, connecting and being together. Our programs create room for individuals to become active agents in creating these new dynamics, environments and systems. -- Through our programs, participants develop both personally and professionally as leaders, and collectively as teams. We focus on: - growing inclusive leadership practices and skills - nurturing emotional and relational intelligence - increasing companies' ability to attract and retain diverse, ambitious talent - supporting teams’ ability to encourage teamwork, transparent communication and creative collaboration - fostering authentic belonging to spearhead innovative strategy. -- Our team transformation and strategic creativity program *Inclusive Innovation* is currently being offered to teams. This program blends immersive Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access training with team-building, innovation practices and strategy workshopping. Participants develop their leadership skills and increase their relational intelligence while learning how to be more innovative as a team.
