About New Shepherd Care
New Shepherd Care was established by two Brothers who were living with their grandmother and witnessing different carers struggle to provide quality home care due to lack of organisation, time & most of all an overwhelming amount of loose paperwork. Grandma Tina wanted to stay at home alone but unfortunately she is living with dementia, and the care provided for her whilst at home was inconsistent, old-fashioned and chaotic, inspiring the brothers to initiate change. At New Shepherd Care we provide home care in the Hertfordshire area and our head-office is located in the heart of Watford. Our vision is to empower our clients by providing advanced & eco-friendly care in the comfort of their own homes, whilst also using innovative care methods and modern technology to provide their loved ones with complete transparency & peace of mind at all times.
