De laatste jaren zijn herbestemmingsprojecten ons specialisme geworden. Daarbij worden leegstaande gebouwen herbestemd tot bijvoorbeeld hotel, studentenhuisvesting of appartementen. Wij willen bijdragen aan het realiseren van mooie, kwalitatief hoogwaardige bouwwerken waarbij een prettig gebruik en fijn leefklimaat belangrijke uitgangspunten zijn.
