I work as a strategic advisor and consultant to CEO’s/Executive teams & Boards to help diagnose and overcome challenges, around people, culture and capability, that are impacting organisational growth. This is usually focused on organisations that are near/at Series B and beyond in terms of size and complexity. In working through the challenge, I both accelerate the timeline to solve the issue and make the process of getting there smoother. As your organisation grows and your encounter speedbumps along the way, rather than slowing down, I help your organisation to keep moving forward. What is my USP 20 years experience of doing this as a global HR leader (including as a Chief People Officer) helping technology companies to grow and scale. I have done this globally across different geographies (Europe, Asia and US), different environments - scale up, IPO, merger, VC and PE - and also in different organisations such as Amazon, Expedia and most recently Cloudera.
