We are a value-chain investor, developer and manager in Student Accommodation and Residential (Build to Rent). That means we buy land and buildings in our market sector with a view to long term ownership and management. This way the typical developers profit flows through to our investors. We are a developer, investor and investment manager who does their project management, FM and investment management in-house. We like owning our results so ....we also like to co-invest with our investors and partners. Our special skill is in creating urban communities. Our collective history is in owning and managing whole buildings or precincts for long term value rather than short-term trading of property. Our focus is delivering better than market returns and adding value on investment- through our rigorous property acquisition, planning gain, development and property investment management processes. Our business model allows partners to elect to own 100% of an asset or co-invest with us or others. Our priority is to protect our client’s wealth whilst adding to value to their capital. We have strict corporate governance, risk management, financial reporting and legal policies to ensure that client’s capital is secure so that we can focus on what we do best: investing in property. We are well known within our market sectors within the property investment arena. Our typical partners include Professional Investors, Property Funds, Private Investors and groups that want to invest into long term ownership in order to participate in the value created by staying with the property cycle.
