New Vision Construction Management (NVCM) is a new venture combining the skills and experience of three real estate and construction industry professionals: Greg Fix, Greg Cummings and James Wheatley. Based in Utah, NVCM will service the real estate and construction industry throughout Utah and the greater mountain west. NVCM offers a full range of owners representative services through all phases of development, design and construction including, but not limited to: • Design & engineering RFP • Design management through all stages of design • Design meeting attendance • Design change log • Decisions log • Preconstruction RFI’s • Design pricing, scheduling and value engineering • Constructability review • General contractor RFP • Construction management through completion • OAC meeting attendance • Construction log management (Submittal, RFI’s, CO’s, ASI’s) • Change order management • Site walks and observations • Pay application review • Punchlist & substantial completion oversight • Coordination of start-up, warranty, and O&M delivery In partnership with Utah New Vision Construction (UNVC), NVCM is also able to provide MEP commissioning, MEP design and envelope commissioning services.
