For over 14 years, Renee Kelly worked with people starting new careers in the financial services industry, but what she witnessed was quite universal. People were standing smack dab in the way of their own success. They were attempting to align with their company's philosophy and the vision of their teams without first being internally aligned. Unfortunately, they were overlooking and under-utilizing their greatest asset. Renee found what people desperately needed was a new system to access their new vision, so she started incorporating processes that would help students shed old habits that no longer served them. She saw students redefine themselves and successfully live into a more satisfying definition. Now, positioned as a hands-on, go-to creative partner, New Visions’ current focus is delivering a customizable Mindset Curriculum designed to provide essential skill training not included in most school curriculums. Our curriculum helps clients fulfill their missions and initiatives while providing core concepts that help end-users master their internal focus and set their minds for success. New Visions also provide coaching that helps individuals actualize their creative vision. Our commitment is to inspire individuals to their fullest expression. New Visions create programs and courses in-house which provides additional opportunities through creative partnerships.
