About New Wave Adventure Therapy Wild Project
New Wave Adventure Therapy Wild Project is a not-for-profit adventure therapy service providing therapeutic interventions with young people and adults, and families throughout Ireland towards recovery, resilience and self-care. We design and deliver bespoke programmes of adventure therapy to young people, adults, families, and small groups. Our adventure therapy approach is a blend of professional social work with outdoor adventure activities. We use the backdrop of refreshing natural environments to create opportunities to develop new skills and competencies, for self-reflection and therapeutic discussion. We offer: ~ Standalone Assessment of Needs Adventure Therapy sessions ~ Wild Sky : Intensive one-to-one Adventure Therapy programme ~ Wild Fire : Small group or Family Adventure Therapy programme ~ Wild Water : Extended Adventure Therapy programme for small groups with an activation focus, mixed group and individual sessions. ~ Wild Earth : Workshop series for education, community, parent, professional groups. We welcome proposals and collaborations from small groups to large organisations.
