Tina Banks , CEO of New Wave Clinical, is a Seasoned Clinical Operations Project Management Professional. Tina Banks has contributed to clinical research for over 25 years as an employee at various major Pharmaceutical companies as well as several small Bio- tech companies globally. A common thread was the overriding importance of team- focused planning, preparation, risk assessment - followed by decisive action – to achieving study objectives. Tina provided customer-focused leadership in managing global clinical projects across various phases, functional areas and assigned clinical staff. She was accountable for the successful execution of all assigned global projects, where success included on-time, on-budget, high-quality/compliant project results that lead to satisfied customers. Therapeutic area experience includes oncology/hematology, CVMER and dermatology. In addition, Tina has the unique experience with transition (aka rescue) studies and ensuring a seamless process with no impact to ongoing study deliverables and patients. Our process is to get sites up and running and prepared to enroll their first patient.
