Terry Manley formed New West in 2000 as a real estate investment company to identify business opportunities in the Southwest US. Since that time, the company has developed over 10,000 single family lots, developed 900 acres of industrial park property, and managed multiple Master Planned Communities totaling 4,100 acres.
