The NYCMBL is dedicated to bringing communities together through the game of baseball. The NYCMBL provides adult amateur baseball players the ability to play the game they love throughout the New York City Metropolitan Area, while engaging these communities through leadership, youth mentorship & partnerships. The NYCMBL strives to develop a unified bond by promoting the passion for competitive baseball with the desire for community engagement and service. The NYCMBL strives to be more than just another baseball league. The NYCMBL envisions the league as a forum of education and development for its participants and affiliations. The NYCMBL has set a higher standard for what baseball is all about. Baseball is more than just a game; rather it is an opportunity to learn and/or develop capacities for compassion and empathy. The New York City Metro Baseball League is a 501c3 non-profit organization that continues to provide the New York City Metropolitan community an affordable, coordinated, and safe environment for older teens and adults interested in playing baseball. NYCMBL aims to bring the New York City Metropolitan community together in the common interest of baseball. Different political interests, cultures, and backgrounds will unite for the game of baseball with the intention of leveraging a commonality to develop lasting relationships that will inevitably strengthen our community and promote the continued success of our mission to revive NYC Baseball, and elevate its status to national attention through our collective effort to serve.
