About New Zealand Hague Collective
The New Zealand Hague Collective is a registered charity, founded by two local mothers who have been through this process and understand the complex issues involved. We are committed to advocacy, social policy and legislative change in this space, to allow the use of family and sexual violence as a valid defense under section 13.b of the Convention. Above all else we aim to support parents and their children to remain safe from harm during this process whilst they await the resolution of their case.
