NewCity Property Partners are experienced investors, developers and asset managers. We focus on value-add opportunities and are active in the office, retail, industrial and strategic land sectors across the UK. After many years of advising clients on their property portfolios and investments, NewCity Property Partners was established in 2016. We look to harness our combined 50 years of experience in the commercial property sector across the UK with assets we acquire. As a team we identify, acquire and then asset manage projects to provide enhanced income and capital return. We pride ourselves on being a nimble and professional property company, actively looking for opportunities with an ability to think outside the box to add value and turn around projects in as short a time as possible. We buy office, retail and industrial properties, as well as land, and we have experience in planning policy representations, planning applications and appeals, development and active asset management. We will buy income producing and vacant properties, with a lot size ranging from £250,000 to £10m and we are able to consider larger lot sizes in certain instances. We are able to transact quickly without third party consents or board approvals.
