Welcome to Newport Yacht Club - Stoney Creek Inc, A new yacht club with over twenty years of great boating history. Newport Marina was conceived in the late 80s as a “boaters dream” with over 300 homes surrounding a beautiful man made harbour having seasonal amenities for power and sailboats to 50 feet. To preserve this dream, the harbour and marina have been acquired by a group of local boaters and residents who have transformed it into members’ owned, not for profit club. Newport Yacht Club offers members and transient guests, moorings for boats up to 50 ft with 6 ft draft. Amenities include: dockside water & 30 Amp power, pump out, washrooms with showers, laundry, ice machine, exchange library & reading room, gas BBQs & picnic tables and scheduled social events throughout the season. Adjacent to the Club, there is: tennis & basketball courts, a baseball diamond, a children’s playground and the grand & charming Edgewater Manor Restaurant, overlooking Lake Ontario. Club Membership is available in three categories: Exclusive Mooring Rights – EMR Member, Patron Member and Social Member. Come and visit for a weekend and you will want to moor with us for a lifetime.
