We are Scotland's Local Factor. We are solely focused on the management of common areas of residential/mixed developments, otherwise known as factoring. Customer service has been at the absolute heart of what we do and we strongly believe that it is only by putting our customers needs first that we can continue to lead the sector. We are an experienced company, investing in future talent in the property industry and this is reflected in our young board of Directors. Our property managers are professionally trained in the factoring discipline. Each manager deals with all aspects of the common property from repairs to billing and insurances. The manager is the data base for the property and over the years accumulates a vast and detailed knowledge to the benefit of each individual.
