New Wave Offices was established in 2012. Since the outsourcing revolution, many large companies have setup offices in Manila to offer customer service or back office services to support their operation in first world countries. Since that time, Manila has shifted a large amount of its resources and education system to supply this ever growing demand of global outsourcing. Until recently this has been a luxury only afforded to the large companies with the capital and scales required to setup call centers and connect them into overseas networks and phone systems. Technology such as cloud services, online accounting systems, webmail, remote access, and voice over IP phone systems are opening up this outsourcing model to small and medium sized businesses. The aim of New Wave Offices is to take away the difficulty of trying to setup offshore operations up in Manila, by providing an end-to-end turnkey solution of assistance in Office Space, Phone System, Internet, Business Registration, Recruitment and IT support and make what would traditionally require months of work a ready to go solution packaged and tailored to small to medium businesses of first world countries. We simply want to create a problem free environment for our clients, a setup where companies can move in as soon as they sign the lease and start working immediately because all services are already provided and available to use.
