Our Vision We want for everyone to receive a dignified, compassionate and supportive response which enables a successful and sustainable move away from rough sleeping in the London Borough of Newham. Our Values: We believe that people thrive better in situations that provide both purpose and belonging. We seek to be a place of safety and security, providing inclusive and supportive environments. We focus on our guests, and we seek genuine relationships so that we may encounter each person’s uniqueness as we journey together. We encourage all to hold boundaries, and we encourage guests to take responsibility, recognising our role is to help people to help themselves. We seek to manage behaviour in an appropriate and compassionate way, and are willing to step back when a guest is not willing to move forward. We work in an open and honest way, seeking to build trust with all we encounter. We value partnerships, recognising the synergy between our work and sharing our resources where we are able. We value honesty and are clear with guests and partners about what we can do, and what we cannot do.
