We are a knowledge-driven consultancy. We aid forward-thinking organizations in pioneering digital transformation with consultancy and well-crafted, innovative & high-quality software. We who started Nexcore 2021 are experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders, and consultants from the IT industry. Everything is changing, and nothing is given globally, but we know which "do's" and "don'ts" apply to building a viable and sustainable consulting company. When we sat down at the drawing board to sketch on Nexcore, it was with two clear ambitions, both based on our common will and conviction of what is and feels right: We build a company with our employees in the driver's seat. It is through this approach that our company, our employees, and customers develop. We must also take responsibility, contribute to a sustainable and better world around us, and help where we can. Our mission are greater than just having satisfied employees and customers and being profitable. We will start new business areas and operations over time. Today we have established the first business units, Nexcore Consulting and Nexcore Solutions, which have already got off to a flying start with great employees and exciting first customers. In a few years, we will have more business units running; the journey has just begun.
