NexGen Digital Media Solutions is a small start up company based out of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Being a small business in north western Ontario, we are very deeply rooted in our community and love to do everything we can to help build our local economy and provide jobs and services to those who need them. We provide professional quality services in Web & software design, Graphic design, Marketing and advertising and much more. We strive to be different from the rest by providing high-quality professional grade services at a highly reduced rate ($15 - $50 per hour) as opposed to the industry standard which is between $50 - $100 per hour. The high cost of professional media development services makes it very difficult for many businesses and individuals to afford these services. In today's digital age, an online and professional media presence is extremely crucial and important to good business and successful growth: by offering these professional services at such a reduced rate we are able to provide services to those who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford them. In order to offer services at such a reduced rate, we hire students as early as high-school, through post secondary school as well as graduated professionals to work at a starting wage of $15 per hour up to a maximum of $50 per hour. By doing this we are able to pay our employees a wage they deserve and require, while giving students and professionals valuable experience and a chance to make their mark in the media arts industry.
