These passive and those actively seeking new opportunities, but we have thoroughly vetted, allow employers access to a broader, more talented, and committed talent pool that leads to higher-quality and better job-fit employees, reduced time-to-hire, and enhanced employer branding. Until a reciprocated interest is expressed, we are not transparent with a candidate's name or the companies they worked for or had previously worked for. Even then, before releasing this information to anyone, we get written permission from the candidate.
