About Next Bistro
Next Bistro is about inspiration. Inspiration through our chef-driven, house-prepared menu choices, our wine and liquor selections; but more importantly, through our commitment to providing our guests a thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing experience with attentive, friendly table-side service in a comfortably quiet environment that they will often wish to revisit. We were recently recognized as a DiRoNA (Distinguished Restaurants of North America) recipient for 2019, placing us as 1 of only 12 restaurants in the entire DFW Metroplex. Complementing our commitment to our cuisine is our equally focused attention to providing our guests a diverse and interesting selection of wines from around the world. We were recently featured in a Wine Spectator article ’13 Restaurant Wine Lists Celebrating California Cabernet’. Our list is regularly updated to not only remain current on vintages and selections, but to introduce new and exciting wines for your exploration. Our wine list includes 27 - ‘100 point’ wines, First Growths from Chateau Mouton Rothschild and Haut Brion, 48 half bottles and 30 large format selections from which to choose. We take great care with over 750 total selections including 20 wines by-the-glass and 35 dessert/fortified wines to provide a delightful wine to match your dining experience. We also present our wines at proper temperature, serving them in the finest Riedel stemware and all done with knowledgeable, yet approachable, service. Our full-service bar offers a nice selection of craft cocktails and martinis, specialty ‘Old Fashioneds’ and an extensive spirits list featuring over 110 single malt and blended Scotches and over 100 whiskies & bourbons from across the US, Canada, Japan & Ireland.
