PhD students leave our program feeling empowered to center their "must-haves" and "deal breakers" in their career development and job searching. Whether they pursue careers within or beyond the academy, each student we work with learns how to conduct a values-aligned job search and recognizes that their skills can open the door to multiple pathways to success.
