Next Intent designs and builds really cool stuff. We are experts in manufacturing, supply chain management and integration of services that included companies throughout California and the western U.S. . Our designs are simple and elegant, so they add value and save our customers money. We actually build the parts to print, including complex, flight critical components for aircraft, spacecraft, and defense programs. We offer CNC machining with up to 6 Axis of motion; and EDM machining with up to 5 Axis of motion. We machine all types of materials, specializing in Titanium 6AL-4V and 10-2-3 Forgings. We are experienced in inconel, hastelloy, all types of Stainless and Aluminum, and all type of plastic. We have invested in some of the finest machine tools in the world, from Japan, Switzerland, and the U.S. Next Intent offer our customers Mechanical Engineering services from our Certified Solidworks Professional, John Wildharber, Sr. Mechanical Engineer. From component level support, to sub-assemblies or complete assemblies, John can provide a complete engineering drawing package, smart 3D solid models and bill of materials. Exploded views and / or assembly instructions & diagrams can be provided. We offer outstanding customer service from start to finish.
