As President & Founder of Next Level Career Consultants, Gary Reback's approach to career counseling combines a deep understanding of the financial services industry with a unique perspective on personal growth. Gary finished his three-decade Wall Street career as a Senior Managing Director in Bear Stearns mortgage department, where he focused on structured mortgage products and mortgage technology. Following his Wall Street career, Gary earned a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University, where he learned how to assist individuals on their personal journeys of self-discovery. Gary's goal is to mentor young finance professionals and those who would like to start careers in finance, guiding them not only towards career success but also towards personal enrichment and satisfaction. Next Level offers a 10-session client-paced, structured program whose goal is to prepare the client for success in the financial services industry. Next Level's services include education on the financial services sector, exploration of a client's strengths, identification of target companies for recruiting, instruction on networking best practices, development of resume and cover letters, and preparation through mock interviews.
