My name is Dr. Terri Widdick. I am a licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Nutrition Coach, IFBB Bikini Pro, and Next Level Health & Fitness Founder. I have practiced as a PT for nearly ten years in various settings, five of those being in management. Recent cuts made to reimbursement have made it challenging for healthcare providers to spend quality one on one time with patients. Cuts have forced us into a "treat the disease" instead of a "prevent the disease" system; this way needs to change. Think about how many lives could have been saved throughout this pandemic if fewer people had preexisting conditions. I started Next Level Health & Fitness to bring awareness and prove that preventative treatment is the answer. I help clients by guiding, inspiring, and supporting them to take action to improve their health through a structured, systematic, evidence-based approach.
