Why do we exist? Truth is, Next Level Veteran (NLV) is solving two critical problems for American society today. 1. Lack of sustained support for veterans and their families transitioning into civilian careers. AND 2. A lack of mission focused employees in the skilled trades – who actually show up. In Anytown, USA you find several offices for recruiting young people to join the ranks of the world’s greatest fighting force. Unfortunately, that is where the support ends locally. There is no single agency or office for recruiting and connecting transitioning veterans into the work force. This is the critical gap that NLV is here to solve. Our Mission: We prepare America’s veterans—and their families—for their transition to the next level of civilian life through focused training, mentorship, and placement into high-demand careers in the trades.
