About Next Step Neuropsychology
Next Step Neuropsychology provides neuropsychological evaluations in the comfort of the patient's own home. A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation can help distinguish between normal aging and early stages of dementia, as well as help patients understand the impact of neurological conditions on functioning and daily life. Common conditions that initiate a neuropsychological evaluation include Alzheimer's disease, Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), concussion (also known as mild traumatic brain injury), Lewy body dementia, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Parkinson’s disease and Parkinson’s disease dementia (PDD), stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI; including moderate to severe). Evaluations are provided in the patient’s home throughout the I93 corridor in New Hampshire from Salem, to Laconia as well as the seacoast. Appointments can be scheduled instantly online or by e-mail or phone. From the initial clinical interview to comprehensive in-home evaluation and individualized feedback you always work directly with Dr. Seichepine. An upfront straight-forward pricing model means there are no unexpected costs. For more than two decades, Dr. Seichepine has dedicated his professional life to better understanding abnormal cognitive aging. He has held positions at several world-class institutions, such as the National Institutions of Health and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and has contributed to numerous clinical trials aimed at developing new treatments for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
