Our Mission: To recruit, educate, and support the next generation of sports officials, ensuring the vitality and integrity of athletic competition at all levels by removing barriers to entry and fostering a passion for officiating. The Challenge: Youth sports leagues face a growing crisis due to a lack of qualified officials, leading to game cancellations and compromising the quality of play. High entry costs, lack of training, and limited support prevent many passionate young people from getting involved. Our Solution: We provide a comprehensive program for aspiring officials aged 14-25 that includes: High-Quality Training: Access to certification programs through partnerships with established officiating bodies. Financial Support: We cover the costs of starter equipment and association registration fees. Mentorship: We connect new referees with experienced officials for invaluable guidance and support. Career Pathway: We create a clear progression from youth leagues to high school officiating and beyond.
